Killer Commute

Traffic is an unfortunate part of life for Washingtonians. Many of us experience challenging commutes as we make our way to work each day. All this week, medical experts from Adventist HealthCare will appear on WTOP Radio to offer advice on how commuters can reduce the effects of traffic on their health.

Experts from Adventist HealthCare, Washington Adventist Hospital, Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, Adventist HealthCare Behavioral Health Services and Adventist Rehabilitation Hospital of Maryland can be heard as part of a WTOP Radio series called "Killer Commute," which explores the health risks of the daily commute and offers solutions to commuters to minimize those risks.
