Center for Fitness & Health

The Center for Fitness & Health at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital provides exercise and education programs designed to improve the quality of life and prevent the progression of symptoms and disease for cardiac and pulmonary patients.

This bright, newly expanded, state-of-the-art fitness and health center currently sees about 24,000 patient encounters a year providing an important step to help members of our community achieve better health.
