Insurance Plans

At The Sleep Disorders Center at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital we are committed to our patients needs. We realize that you may have concerns regarding your insurance coverage, and in order to assist you with these concerns we suggest that you contact your insurance carrier and verify that the sleep test requested by your physician is a covered benefit. Also ask your insurance carrier if your sleep test requires an authorization.

This will alleviate any problems concerning your coverage and your responsibility. Be sure to bring a written referral from your Primary Care Physician if required by your insurance carrier. If you are unsure if you need a referral, please ask your Primary Care Physician, or check with your insurance carrier.

Accepted Insurance Plans

We participate with a number of major insurance plans. Please contact your individual insurance company, or our office, to determine the specific coverage your plan provides. Your quality of sleep is our prime concern. If you do not have health coverage or we do not participate with your insurance plan, we are happy to assist you in managing this process.
