What's So Great About RSS Anyways?
RSS is an easy way for you to find out when content, of interest to you on your favorite website, has been updated. Instead of visiting a particular website to search and browse for new articles and content, RSS automatically alerts you when something new has been posted.
How Do I Use an RSS Feed?
To use an RSS feed, you need a special news reader or aggregator that displays RSS content feeds from the websites you select. There are many different news readers available, many of which are free of charge. Most are available as desktop software that you download and install on your computer. Several Web-based news readers are available as well. To make life even simpler, most of the newer Internet browsers such as Mozilla FireFox and Internet Explorer 7 come equipped with RSS readers. Once you have selected your news reader of choice, you simply subscribe to the RSS feeds you desire.
